  • A traditional approach, with separate design and construction professionals working independently, can leave clients caught in the middle. One person is waiting on another, decisions get lost between teams, and the client ends up doing the chasing.

    Our approach is different. We bring the right people together and lead the process from the first conversation through to completion - coordinating the design team, contractor and specialists while keeping you informed and in control.

  • If it’s all sounding good so far, great! But you might be wondering: does this approach take away my choice and agency?

    Absolutely not.

    Once the design moves into the technical stages, we help you make the decisions that matter- and that includes choosing who will build your home.

    For every project, we introduce three carefully selected build partners from our network of contractors we have direct experience working with. You’ll have the opportunity to meet each one, discuss your project in detail and consider their individual approach, programme and tender price.

    So how is this different from simply approaching contractors yourself?

    We bring the comparison into the project. We coordinate the tender process and independently assess each submission, highlighting the key differences, considerations and potential risks- whether that’s cost, programme, scope or what is included within the tender.

    We don't make the decision for you. We give you the information, experience and clarity to make it confidently.

  • Often once an Architect, Technologist or other design professional has completed much of the technical design stage, you do not hear much more from them, with minimal management of the project to ensure what has been designed is delivered to specification. That is not the case here.

    Once your project moves into construction, our role continues. We remain your project lead, coordinating with the delivery team and keeping the design intent at the heart of the process.

    Through regular site visits, meetings with the contractor and delivery team, and ongoing communication with you, we monitor progress, coordinate information and help resolve issues as they arise.

    Because we’ve been involved from the very beginning, we understand not just what is being built, but why it was designed that way- and we remain there to help guide the project all the way through to your front door.
